    We actively support talent attraction to Pomerania through international promotion, job fairs participation and targeted campaigns aimed at professionals outside the region and abroad. We combine regional employer branding with practical recruitment tools such as the Talent Bank, supporting companies in reaching qualified candidates.

    Fairs

    Under the Live more. Pomerania brand, we regularly participate in both national and international job fairs and talent development events. Presence in the markets outside of our region promotes Pomerania as an attractive place to live and work, strengthens regional branding and supports talent acquisition. Fairs also enable direct engagement with candidates interested in relocation, and allow us to tell the talents about job offerings of our partners and the academia – business ecosystem we develop.

    Talent Bank is a regional candidate database connecting employers with qualified talents. The platform supports recruitment processes of companies investing in Pomerania, giving you the access to specialists in every major industry.

    Campaigns

    We run employer branding campaigns targeting both white and blue collar candidates. We help our partners by positioning campaigns on different levels, from regional to national, and show the employers as the heart of Pomerania’s values – development, stability and high quality of life.

    We support newcomers and companies employing international specialists in formal and adaptation processes. We’re helping and explain residence and work permit procedures, administrative matters, education options and first relocation steps. Our teams can act as the source of information of what to do first and what organisation to contact to smoothly go through the whole process.

Pomerania is a series of events which are designed to support newcomers in building social connections, adapting to local culture and successfully settling into professional and everyday life in Pomerania. Every event combines networking with thematic lectures and workshops. Our goal is to create a welcoming space where international professionals, local communities and employers can connect and collaborate.

International Onboarding

The initiative responds to real relocation needs — from understanding administrative procedures and healthcare system to navigating self-development and understanding regional culture and possibilities. Regular meetings help newcomers build community, gain practical knowledge about living and working in Poland, and integrate faster into our region and organisation of Pomerania. At the same time, Let’s meet. Pomerania supports employers by improving the relocation experience of international employees. It helps organisations create diverse, inclusive and internationally oriented workplaces.

Right now, we organise 6 main events per year, with ongoing plans to broaden our offer to side events. With participation of almost 100 newcomers per meetup, we are doing everything we can to show the attractiveness of the whole region by carefully selecting different regional venues, which are centres of culture, business or history. So far, we have visited European Solidarity Centre, Oliwski Ratusz Kultury, IKM, O4 coworking and more.
